Our approach focuses on mutually developing goals “the contract” and tailoring the therapeutic process to meet the client’s individual needs. We believe personal change is achievable with a brief therapeutic approach in as little as 12 to 24 sessions. Our services are targeted for adults (18+) and session times range from 30 to 60 minutes. Specific evaluations or screening assessments can range from 1 to 3 sessions.

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know you—your story, your goals, and what’s been weighing on you. We’ll ask a few guided questions, listen closely, and begin mapping out a plan that fits you personally.
We use a blend of evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, interpersonal therapy, and psychoeducation. Your therapy plan is never cookie-cutter—it’s built collaboratively around what actually works for you.
Yes, we provide both. We offer personal interviews and symptom assessments to understand your mental health needs. If needed, we can also conduct formal evaluations and refer you to additional specialists or services.
Our primary service is individual therapy, but we may recommend additional support such as group therapy, family therapy, or community resources if we feel it aligns with your goals. We’re always open to discussing what kind of setting feels right for you.
